After riding the bus today, my motivation to get my license this summer reached an all time high. 

In the front of the bus, one group of people were arguing about The Hunger Games and pretending to be the characters. Behind me, two guys were having a discussion about which superhero would be better in bed. The people in the back were screaming and imitating surfers, and a couple girls across from me were loudly whining about how much they hate their teachers for failing them. As for me? I sat there awkwardly learning an important lesson. Never forget your ear buds when riding the school bus.

As summer approaches I’m slowly beginning to lose motivation in school, but I refuse to let that get in my way of ending this year with good grades. There is no way that I’m going to allow all my hard work this semester to go to waste. Look at it this way, if you bust your butt for the next month, you’ll be rewarded not only with the sense of accomplishment, but three months free of school.
